Your premium is fixed on the day the policy starts and stays flat for the whole term, on a 10-year policy or a 30-year one.

Cover up to $3 million
Start at $100,000 and raise it later when a child arrives, a mortgage grows, or a salary jumps.
Cancel in any month
Stop the policy from your account in two clicks with no cancellation fee, and take the first 30 days as a full refund.

Your family sees the money inside 10 days
Everly files the claim with the carrier, chases the paperwork and follows the payment. Across 1,140 claims settled last year the average was 6 days, and none went past 10.

41,000 families hold an Everly policy
Everly is a broker, so one set of answers gets you quotes from 12 carriers rated A or better by AM Best. The carrier issues and pays the policy. Everly stays your point of contact for the whole term.
“We are paid the same whether you buy the cheapest policy on the list or the most expensive. That is the only reason a comparison is worth reading.”

Everly against the two things you are probably comparing it to
4.8 out of 5 from 3,190 policyholders
“My broker quoted $68 a month for $500,000. Everly came back at $34 with a carrier I had heard of, and the whole thing took one evening. What I did not expect was getting one person’s name and having that same person answer every email for three weeks.”

The six questions people ask before they buy
Why is $18 a month so much cheaper than the policy I already have?
$18 buys $250,000 of term cover for a 30-year-old non-smoker on a 20-year term. Term cover expires at the end of that term, which is why it costs a fraction of a whole-life policy that pays out whenever you die and builds a cash value on the way. If your current policy is whole life you are comparing two products, and the quote page shows both.
I already have cover through work. Do I need this?
Employer cover is usually one or two times salary and it ends on your last day. A personal policy follows you through a job change, a redundancy or a move abroad, and its price is set by your age and health on the day you apply rather than by your employer's group rate.
What happens to my current policy while I switch?
Keep paying it. Everly never asks you to cancel anything until the new policy is issued and the first payment has cleared, which is 24 hours after approval for most applicants and about 5 working days when labs are needed. Cancelling early is the one mistake that leaves a family uncovered.
How long does the application actually take?
Twelve minutes of health, lifestyle and occupation questions, all on a phone. Nine in ten applicants get a decision inside 24 hours with no nurse visit. The rest are asked for a blood and urine panel, which Everly books at your home and pays for.
What happens to my health answers and my medical records?
Answers are encrypted in transit and at rest, held in US data centres, and passed only to the carrier underwriting your application. Everly is SOC 2 Type II audited, sells nothing to advertisers or data brokers, and deletes the file 30 days after a withdrawn application.
Am I locked in if I change my mind?
Cancel from your account in any month with no cancellation fee. Inside the first 30 days every premium paid comes back in full. After that the policy lapses at the end of the month you stop paying, and you can reapply later at whatever your age and health allow then.
